Dean’s journey in the steel industry began in 2016, fueled by a passion for welding, craftmanship and a determination to excel. Starting at the bottom in a structural steel shop, he embraced every challenge and opportunity, exceeding expectations in welding, structural fabrication, stairs and handrail fabrication, and in custom metal fabrications. Through hard work, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to quality, Dean progressed to the role of shop foreman/manager. Known for being reliable, trustworthy, and capable, he takes pride in leading Omega’s shop team and delivering excellence in every project. Steel is more than just a career for him – its something he is passionate about, built on hard work and dedication. Outside of the shop, Dean is a beloved family man. He married his beautiful wife in 2021 and is the proud father of two amazing children. Dean enjoys the mountain life, spending his free time exploring Colorado’s rivers, nature, and peaks.
